BIDDERS REGISTRATION FORM
General Instructions
1. When you are attending our public auction, you must bring your deposit check and valid government-issue photo ID the day of the auction.
2. We ONLY accept cashier's checks as deposit. We DO NOT accept personal or business checks, money orders, credit cards, or cash.
3.When you register at our public property auction, we confirm your cashier's check is accurate and hand it back to you. (It is only collected when you are the high bidder or the back-up bidder.)
4. If you cannot attend the auction your deposit, must be delivered to our office no later than 5pm the day before the auction.
5. If you are a Mastermind Investment Group Member, you may have other group members bid on your behalf. Must have a Power-Of-Attorney agreement that includes social security number and appropriate language for authority to bid/purchase real estate on your behalf.
6. There is a set opening bid, however the Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
7.The successful bidder has 3 business days to open escrow, with a deposit up to 10% of the agreed sales price, and 30 days to close escrow.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration will be limited to 280 bidders per auctioned property and only registered bidders with photo id, copy of registration form, wristband and bidder card will be allowed at the auction. The name of ownership to be recorded on Deed will be the same as the bidder. Must be a company name, LLC or Trust. (If you wish to change the ownership name, it will be your responsibility.)
• You may only register to bid once.
• Registration begins Sunday at 12:00 am.
• Registration Fee are refundable if auction is cancelled or not a successful bidder.
• If registering for auction a receipt will be issued at time of registration and you will need to pick up your bidder card and wristband the day of auction beginning at 7:00am to 8:00 a.m. at the check in station.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email by Saturday at 9:00 pm, you are not registered and may wish to contact our office 619-389-0500 or 619-483-1448.
• The registration fee will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not pay for all parcel(s) by 4:00 p.m. on the same day of the auction and will cause the bidder to be banned from future auctions.
